Privacy policy

Last updated: 20 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Remedy (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you visit our website, follow links to third-party services or contact us by email.

1. Who We Are

This website is operated on behalf of Remedy.

Data controller: Forsman Art Production AB

Contact: management@remedymusicsweden.com

The data controller is responsible for determining how and why personal data collected through this website is processed.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

If you contact us by email, we may collect:

  • your name

  • your email address

  • your phone number, if provided

  • your company, organisation, label, media outlet or other affiliation, if provided

  • the contents of your message or enquiry

  • any other information you voluntarily provide

Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message unless it is necessary for your enquiry.

Technical and usage information

When you visit the website, limited technical information may be processed automatically in order to deliver, secure and operate the website. This may include:

  • IP address

  • browser type and version

  • device and operating system information

  • requested pages and files

  • referring website

  • date and time of access

  • general site usage and performance information

  • security and diagnostic information

Some of this information may be processed temporarily by our hosting provider or other technical service providers for website delivery, security, fraud prevention and troubleshooting.

3. How We Use Your Information

We may use personal information to:

  • respond to enquiries

  • communicate about press, booking, label, management, licensing, collaboration or partnership opportunities

  • provide information requested by you

  • take steps requested by you before entering into a potential agreement

  • operate, maintain, secure and improve the website

  • understand general website performance and engagement

  • detect and prevent misuse, spam, fraud and security incidents

  • establish, exercise or defend legal claims

  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not use information submitted through the website for unrelated marketing unless you have consented to receive such communication.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Legitimate interests, where processing is necessary to operate and secure the website, respond to relevant enquiries, manage professional communications and understand website performance

  • Consent, where you voluntarily provide information or where consent is required for non-essential cookies, tracking technologies or third-party embedded content

  • Contractual necessity, where processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement or to perform an existing agreement

  • Legal obligation, where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law

  • Legal claims, where processing is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims

Where processing is based on legitimate interests, we consider whether those interests are overridden by your rights and interests.

5. Website Hosting and Framer Analytics

This website is created and hosted using Framer, provided by Framer B.V.

Framer may process limited technical information necessary to host, deliver, protect and maintain the website. This can include network and request information required for website delivery, security, fraud prevention and troubleshooting.

The website uses Framer’s built-in analytics to measure general website activity, such as page views, traffic sources, device types and daily unique visitors. According to Framer, its built-in analytics:

  • does not use cookies

  • does not generate persistent identifiers

  • does not collect or store information that identifies an individual

  • uses anonymised information that cannot be traced back to a specific visitor

Framer measures unique visitors within a one-day window. Any temporary identifier used for this purpose resets daily and is not used to track visitors across multiple days or devices.

According to Framer, no cookie consent is needed for its built-in analytics. This would not apply to separate third-party analytics, advertising tools, tracking scripts or embedded services if any such technologies were added in the future.

For more information, please review Framer’s privacy statement and its information about GDPR and cookies in Framer.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website does not currently use non-essential cookies for analytics, advertising, audience profiling, personalisation or cross-site tracking.

Framer’s built-in analytics does not use cookies or persistent tracking identifiers. A cookie banner is therefore not required for Framer Analytics alone.

Strictly necessary cookies or similar browser storage may still be used where required to:

  • deliver and secure the website

  • protect the website against malicious traffic or attacks

  • remember a visitor’s privacy or cookie preferences

  • provide functionality specifically requested by the visitor

For example, Framer may temporarily set a strictly necessary security cookie during active protection against malicious traffic. Such a cookie is used for security, is not used for analytics or advertising and expires automatically.

The website currently links to external music and social media services rather than loading their players, feeds or tracking tools directly into the page. These external services do not receive information merely because a standard link appears on the website. If you choose to follow a link, the relevant provider may process information and use cookies in accordance with its own privacy and cookie policies.

If non-essential cookies, embedded players, third-party analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking technologies are introduced in the future, they will not be activated before consent where consent is legally required. This Privacy Policy and any cookie controls will be updated accordingly.

You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect website security or functionality.

7. Embedded Content and Third-Party Services

The website contains external links relating to services such as:

  • Spotify

  • Apple Music

  • YouTube

  • Facebook

  • Instagram

  • other music, video, ticketing or social media platforms

A standard external link does not cause the linked service to collect information before you click it. If you follow a link, the third-party provider may receive information such as your IP address, browser details, device information, referring page and interaction data. The provider may also use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy and cookie policies.

Images, video and audio files displayed on the website may be delivered through Framer or third-party content delivery networks. Those providers may receive limited technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information and the requested file, where this is necessary to deliver the media, maintain security and troubleshoot technical issues. Media delivery alone is not used by Remedy for advertising or cross-site tracking.

The website does not currently load third-party social media feeds, advertising pixels or third-party music or video players directly into the page. If such embedded services are added in the future and use non-essential cookies or similar technologies, they will be blocked until consent where required by law.

8. Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell or rent personal information.

We may share personal information with trusted service providers where necessary to operate the website or manage communications, including:

  • website hosting and infrastructure providers

  • email and communications providers

  • analytics providers, where used

  • security and spam-prevention providers

  • embedded media and platform providers

  • professional advisers, where reasonably necessary

These providers may process personal information only for the relevant service or in accordance with their own responsibilities under applicable data protection law.

We may also disclose information where required by law, a competent authority or a valid legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

9. International Data Transfers

Some third-party providers may process personal information outside Sweden or the EU/EEA.

Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we will rely on a legally recognised transfer mechanism where required, such as:

  • an adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission

  • the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses

  • another lawful safeguard or permitted exception under applicable data protection law

The privacy policies of the relevant third-party providers may contain further information about where and how they process personal data.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

The retention period may depend on:

  • the nature and purpose of the enquiry

  • whether an ongoing professional or contractual relationship exists

  • whether continued communication is reasonably expected

  • applicable accounting, contractual or legal obligations

  • the need to prevent misuse or address security incidents

  • the need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims

When personal information is no longer required, it will be deleted, anonymised or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable law.

11. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, accidental loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your Data Protection Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data

  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data

  • request deletion of your personal data

  • object to processing based on legitimate interests

  • request restriction of processing

  • request data portability, where applicable

  • withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

  • lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

To exercise your rights, contact: management@remedymusicsweden.com

You may be asked to provide information necessary to verify your identity before a request is completed.

If you are located in Sweden, you may lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (“IMY”), through imy.se.

13. AI-Assisted Visual Content and Transparency

Some images and videos published on this website have been enhanced or modified using artificial intelligence.

AI has been used to create, replace or enhance certain backgrounds, environments, lighting, atmospheric elements or surrounding visual details. The people depicted are real and have not been AI-generated, replaced or digitally transformed into other persons.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, AI-created or AI-enhanced environments should be understood as artistic or promotional representations. They may not show the exact appearance of a real location, performance, venue or event.

Where required by applicable law, including the transparency requirements of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, AI-generated or materially AI-manipulated content will be disclosed in a clear and accessible manner.

This disclosure is intended to prevent AI-assisted environments from being mistaken for documentary representations of an actual location or event.

14. Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to external websites, ticketing services, streaming platforms, social media accounts and other third-party services.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party websites. Please review the relevant provider’s policies before submitting personal information or using its services.

15. Children’s Privacy

This website is not specifically directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.

If you believe that a child has submitted personal information to us without appropriate authorisation, please contact management@remedymusicsweden.com so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete the information.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the website, our services, legal requirements or the third-party tools we use.

The current version will be published on this page together with the revised “Last updated” date.
